If you order is on “On Hold” status, then it means that the details you have provided during placing the order on our website have triggered our fraud alert system and so your order went to “On Hold” status.

In this situation, an SMS verification link will be sent to your email ID, please get the SMS verification done and wait for our support team member to review the order and get it processed.

The total process may take up to 12 to 24 working hours, we request you to wait patiently to get the things done. We may ask your ID proof for verification during the process. In the meantime, you can also open a support ticket and upload your ID proof to get the process done quickly.

Backordered means, once the order got placed, we will be delivering the license key once it is available in stock. We will have the products in stock all the time. Sometimes due to large orders from corporate customers, the stock may go to backorder status. In those times, there will be a little delay in the delivery of the order. You can expect the backordered products to get deliver in 24 to 48 working hours.

In Stock, can be backordered – If you see such notice in the product page, then it means there are stocks available and also the same product can be backordered if the product went out of stock. If you are going to place only one qty, then you can expect instant delivery as it clearly says In Stock.

If you can’t see the license even after your order status is Complete, then it means your order is on Backordered status. You can expect the key to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours maximum.
